I've seen you around before but I didn't quite catch your name. What was it again?

I'm Iris! [She waves and smiles like it's completely normal. Honestly, so many things are happening at once it's easy to forget something like a Simple Greeting. This is the least that Iris can do for a teammate.]

Ah... hello, Iris. I'm Rio.

[She smiles back pleasantly enough.]

You're one of the newer ones, right?

Yep yup! I came here a few weeks ago. It hasn't been all that bad and I'm still trying to get used to everything.

[She does a little dance to show that she's still managing.]

This might be rude of me to ask but how old are you? I think you might be around my age. I'm 18.

[toybombs]

You're closer than most people guess. I'm nineteen.

[Turning twenty in about six months, unfortunately for everyone.]

You're not that much older than me. I'm happy to hear it!

[Iris is that kind of person who finds it easier to talk with people her age.]

I've met Rei and some of the others. Have you known them for a while?

[toybombs]

"A while..." Only since around October, and there was a two year gap for me.

[If anyone's explained that to Iris yet.]

It sounds kind of complicated.

[No she doesn't really get how most of this stuff works asides from basic persona summoning and shadows.

Time seems to flow weirdly.]

I suppose it's okay as long as you're not hurt anywhere. You don't look too injured.

Basically, whenever someone returns home for a while, their body here remains unconscious while they return to their world. After that, they wake up here again - and any changes to their body occur too, I believe.

It's strange, but that seems about par for the course here. Luckily I wasn't injured when I returned.
